These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the cybersecurity services provided by JIFFY WORKS CLOUD COMPUTING L.L.C – S.P.C ("Jiffy Works", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Jiffy Works offers automatically delivered and continuously updated cybersecurity documents tailored for businesses, particularly in regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services. These documents are designed to help improve organizational security posture and compliance alignment.
Customer Responsibilities
The cybersecurity guidance and recommendations we provide are designed to support a stronger security posture. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing all recommendations internally with your organization’s technology and security teams to assess operational impact. Depending on your infrastructure, certain recommendations may be incompatible or result in unintended side effects. You accept full responsibility for implementing recommendations in a safe and appropriate manner.
Third-Party Trademarks
Our materials may refer to trademarks such as Microsoft®, AWS®, or other third-party platforms. These trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Jiffy Works claims no ownership and references them only for compatibility or descriptive purposes.
Security Disclaimer
While our services help improve your cybersecurity posture, we do not guarantee protection from cyberattacks, breaches, or regulatory violations. Your organization remains responsible for security governance and continuous monitoring.
Data Handling and Privacy
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services. We may share information with verified partners only when needed, and always in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not promise data residency in a specific jurisdiction unless agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
All templates, frameworks, guidance, and platform content are the property of JIFFY WORKS CLOUD COMPUTING L.L.C – S.P.C. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them during your active subscription. You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense this content.
Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed on an annual or triennial basis.
Annual billing refers to a 12-month payment cycle.
Triennial billing refers to a 36-month (three-year) payment cycle.
Custom billing periods may be arranged on a case-by-case basis, subject to prior written agreement between you and JIFFY WORKS CLOUD COMPUTING L.L.C – S.P.C.. Payments are due in advance for each billing term. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, availability is not guaranteed and may be affected by:
Scheduled maintenance,
Technical issues,
Outages from third-party service providers we depend on for hosting, infrastructure, or platform services.
We are not responsible for delays or downtime caused by third-party vendors. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of disruptions and restore service promptly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
JIFFY WORKS CLOUD COMPUTING L.L.C – S.P.C’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the lesser of (i) AED 20,000 or (ii) the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, regardless of the nature of the claim (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of business, revenue, profits, data, or use—even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
If you have not complied with the Terms and Conditions on this page, including, but not limited to, required internal reviews or payment obligations, we will not consider or entertain any liability claim or request for damages. You expressly waive all rights to bring such claims in these circumstances.
Termination
You may terminate your subscription with sixty (60) days’ written notice before your next renewal date.
We may suspend or terminate service immediately for material breach, unlawful activity, or non-payment.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts of Abu Dhabi, and waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website or sending written notice to you. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, including any policies or addenda referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and JIFFY WORKS CLOUD COMPUTING L.L.C – S.P.C regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
